What: Seville Orange Marmalade made by Rosebud Preserves for Liberty in the the Yorkshire Dales.
Why: It reminds me of the orange marmalade my grandmother used to make when I was growing up in England — not a shy marmalade, but one that still has just the right balance of bitter and sweet, not too set, and decent chunks of peel. Spread on a hot piece of toast along with a cup of coffee, this puts a smile on my face early in the morning.
